My question is does anybody know of the clocks in the z32 causing any strange electrical issues? Here's why I ask. I've been having problems with my HIDs cutting out on me after I finished fixin my PITA coolant leak. So I swapped in some regular bulbs & haven't had a problem with them at all since. Last night, I got in my car & drove it about 5 miles. It's been sitting for a few days while we were moving into our new house. But anyways, all of the gauge & pod lighting went out. My aftermarket gauges stayed on & so did my headlights & my gauges still worked, just no lighting. They have LEDs in them & I have noticed a couple of them flickering lately but didn't know if its because its been cold out. But I realized last night that my clock has been acting king of funny. It is normally so dim that I can barely see that it's still working, well last night when my gauge lighting went out, the clock got really bright. & got dim again when the gauge lighting came back on. I then realized that I didn't have the clock hooked up until after I put the center console back together after pulling the transmission when I fixed my coolant leak. So I unplugged it to see if it could be some weird chance that its the clock causing my issues. The clock being plugged in is the only thing that changed when I had everything apart & was putting it back together. I hope somebody can shed some light on this subject!! Thanks!!!
